I am all stuffy mostly my nose I was wondering if its from withdraw or getting a cold but whatever good excuse to relax and being stuffy have not had any  desire for poison smoke at all today hoping this next week is not as rough but first I pledge I will not smoke tomorrow no matter what hope everyone is having best weekend they can have I know there is a lot of stress and heavy hearts on here but like everyone tells me smoking does not make anything better thanks for all the great support

Keep on keeping on Green Thumb! I don't know if it si a "quit cold" or a virus cold - but I hope you feel better soon. You will heal faster since you don't smoke!

CONGRATULATIONS on one whole week taking care of you!

So nice to see YOU made it through Hell Week, feeling good that you stayed the course, and didn't give in to the uncomfortable feelings caused by withdrawal.

Good going, GT! Now, on to Heck Week! 🙂

You got this.  One whole magnificent smoke free, fabulous, strong, agonizing, proud of,  WEEK 1.  Every week is gonna be different.  Some better than others.  You're in it for the long haul, or you ain't.  If you ain't, then you don't get the prize.  I got a stuffy nose too.  I took zinc and echinacea, probiotic, and that give-your-SS #- birth certificate-driver's licence and first born child  for some over-the-counter pseudoephedrine.  (That took me about 5 minutes to spell! LOL)  Quitting smoking doesn't clog up your nose.  It's the opposite.  So don't blame quitting it on THAT.  (Nicodemon excuse whispering is all that is.)
