Well I have made it through my first day as a ex smoker. The morning wasn't so bad, I did crave one but I just got on with my routine and went to work. After I got off work it was so so, I craved a cig but I just tried to keep busy. Right now that I'm relaxing for the night,well the urge is really strong ! I'm not going to give in but my mind really thinks it wants one. My method of quitting...COLD TURKEY. anyone out there that quit cold turkey please help
