I am a 51 year old man ,I have been a smoker for 39 years.I want to quit this time seriously! I have tried to quit more times than i want to count.But i know I have to ,Acknowledge that fact no matter how painful it is to think about the fact i have smoked half my life away!Not to mention my wife is in desperate need of a kidney transplant, and she can not have a smoker in her life.I want to be healthy for when the time comes she really needs me!
