It's been 23 days with the help of the patch and because I was motivated because of friends younger than me on oxygen and yet still smoking. I am so enjoying life not being tied down by cigarettes, and my oxygen levels at the doctors are climbing up. I have health issues I am getting in control and I did'nt want lung cancer or even copd to be added to it. Life is good!!!!!
