Hi Everyone! I am 44 and feeling it these days. I want to quit smoking. No one in my family smokes. Even my husband of 22 years so I will have a lot of support when the big day comes. I have high hopes for this plan. I am looking forward to making friends in the same boat as I am. I haven't st a quit date but am working on the separation part and hope this community will help me with some of my triggers. I live on a farm with horses and dogs and my husband and two children, 18 and 20. Well, going to read a little about you guys now. Thanks for listening.
