Hi, I am a 47 year old female. I have quit smoking in the past. It was last July to be exact. I needed to quit for surgey and I stayed smoke free for about 2 months. I had lap band surgery and was only allowed a soft diet and a liquid diet. after surgery I was still starb=ving and I picked up cig. again. Been smoking since. these last few weeks my COD andother smke related issues have been acting up. I have decided to quit again. I remember when I quit before I could breath easier and had much more energy. I have used become an ex before. I need to humble myself and come back and get the support from others. I live in PA with my teenage son Mathew. My weight has succesfull been reduced but my surgeon told me that I am killing myself now with the cig's. I'll be checking in often to read others stories.
