I'm Lindsey, 27, born/raised/bred in Idaho, and logged on for the third or fourth time. Quitting has been on my mind frequently, but I've been embracing it in my lifestyle and am using people I work with as excuses.
Spite was a powerful motivator today in logging on, creating my profile, and setting my quit date.
But... after a head cold, the cough turns chronic.
I hate that my clothes, breath, and car stink.
I have a hard time laughing without coughing.
I waste so much time - and base my life around - smoking.
And see my profile picture? That has developed in the last year or so. My hands and fingers get cold, then a few of them die for up to 15-20 minutes. We have had incredibly cold temperatures this year, -13° was the coldest I personally noticed so far (thankful I moved farther from Stanley, ID as they had -43° on record!)
