Life is full of ups and downs AND there's a lot more downs around the World right now! My prayers are with the Ukrainian people in Ukraine and around the World! When it comes to our quits it's our CHOICE whether we relapse or NOT! Let's hang on tight to our quits because it's a MUST if we EXpect to live LIFE as an EXer! Thankfully the CHOICE is Ours!
