((((Hey yall))), OMG, I can't believe a year has almost passed since my last blog! Time is flying by. I hope each of you are staying safe during these unusual times and also protecting your quit. I never thought it would be possible to give up sick a retts but here I am almost 6 years in. This group helped me to realize quitting for good has nothing to do with willpower...for me it took a firm commitment. Although I occasionally have a smokemare I rarely think of sick a retts.
I hope everyone has been staying busy during this lock down. Especially those of us that are retired. I created what I call a pandemic garden and it has been keeping me busy. I just grow stuff just to see if I can 
. How have you been keeping busy?
My advise to the newbies, continue to take one day at a time. You can remain smoke fee as well. When you feel at your weakest and want to buy a pack of cigs. just remember why you decided to kick the habit and stand firm on your commitment.
