Good Sunday morning everyone, wow it's hard to believe that November is almost over already! I know the Christmas season is quite difficult for some folks for many different reasons BUT for us here at Ex we can support each other through the bad times as well as the good times And of course we'll be there for people in our own lives and neighborhoods, In my humble opinion when it comes to our quits it really doesn't matter where we are in them, whether it's day ONE or day TEN or day one hundred or a thousand or two thousand or three thousand or whatever! We MUST remember and ~ NEF ~ NEVER EVER FORGET! It only takes a split second to screw up! So lets hang on tight ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! We can't allow ourselves to become Complacent AND take our precious quits for granted! Vigilance is key to Freedom! LIFE happens BUT relapsing isn't an option EVER!
