Description
I am 44 years old, I am married with two great kids. I have lived in the small town of WA for the last 11 years, and could not imagine living anywhere else. I have been a smoker for 20 years! WOW, when I type that it scares me to think that I have smoked for that many years!! I quit for two years and had a trama in the family and ran to the store and bought a pack of smokes and started back up again. I felt so good about myself when I quit, and swore that I would stay smoke free, and then just like that, I un did everything that I had worked so hard for. Here I am, trying again, and bound and determined to do it this time. My ability to handle stress is NOT good, and that is the biggest trigger for me. I am trying to find better ways to manage that then to light up. I am so eager to talk to others here, and maybe gain some helpful ideas that I seem to not be able to do on my own. Seeing the commercial for this site was a God send for me, and I am so glad that I did. I love the idea of being able to consider myself an EX!!
