Description
I started smoking when I was 15 and quit at 18. Then started again at around 25 for a few years. You see my story is that I start and stop over periods of time and can quit, but in the past 3 years have tried to quit with no success. As of now, my quit date if August 22, 2011 and I will keep it with the help of friends, this website and lots of prayers. I no longer want to smoke as it effects my health; it gives me aches and pains and makes me tired. I am happier now that I am smoke free.
