Good luck. there was some pretty good advice ont he EX website that helped me the day that I quit and even the days leading up to it. Here is a link that I think you should read  http://www.becomeanex.org/the-day-you-quit.php

Hey there, big day tomorrow. Stay focused. I seemed totally obsessed with quitting the first 3 days. In fact, I thought I was having more thoughts about quitting smoking than actually smoking. Something like that. I am a nurse. In fact, I had a post cath patient today who had small signs of blockage. She was an obvious smoker, but, I could tell she was just by her anxiety level. She could hardly lay still without asking how much longer she had to lay flat. She was very edgy, and her clothes smelled awful. She ahad a veracious dry hacking cough that I had to medicate her for prior to the procedure so that she wouldn't increase her chances of bleeding. She did well, she got to go home. Crazy thing. . .I used to go have a cigarette after taking care of a patient with obviuos signs of needing to quit. That is how INSANE the nicotine addiction is. 44 days and still going. Stay close. EX is the most amazing tool I have ever found. We are glad to have you here with us. Stay strong, you can do it.
