just thought i would check in. I am depleted of a lot of sleep right. and a few other areas. I went to the e.r last night. My pharmacy was giving me way to much lyrica that .. My doctor was presribibg 200 mg a day . they where giving me 400 mg a gay.. I just caught ot 4 days after the fact.. and my nerves are not good . I am trying to get in to see the doctor for an earieal appt for a med change.On my Phycotropic meds. He is always booked. We talked the last time and I told him I thought I needed a med cnange.. he refuses to here me. I shake a lot. Sometimes i cant sleep. and when it gets out of con trol my head start shaking back and forth. AS for my quit . I came close last night to blowing it. BUT I DID NOT. they had me so doped up that it toke me ! HOUR to get to my bedroom from the cough.. I was praying all the way . It toke 2o minutes just to get out of my chair i was so stoned. I Hated it.. I did not go to hospital for that. But I did protect my qiut .I went to bed . I woke up and called a neibor and told her about a whole pack of cigaretties. and that is were i am at today.. love to you all .. Erma.. quit date febuary 8th 2014..
