Description
This will be the 4th time I've tried to quit smoking, and the 3rd time using Chantix. But I believe I can do it now. After all, I'm now 70 chronologically but 40 something mentally and according to my doc 50 something physically. Plus I still have alot I want to do and see.
Today is Nov. 22 and the day I will quit. Here goes the first step.
