Let me just say, I just finished reading AllenCarrEN-EasyWayToStopSmoking - What an INCREDIBLE book! it is everything I needed to be reminded of, to transfer it into my concious mind. It clicks, it is SO TRUE - and I made the vow to quit. now. I just had my last cigarette and I AM SO HAPPY AND EXCITED!!!!
