I'm in a funk this morning BUT that's A OK 😒  this funk won't last long BUT my precious quit journey is lifelong it's my Forever Quit! Stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what ~ because there's no other way to remain Smokefree! With commitment and perseverance you will succeed in living your Forever Quit it's not easy in those early days and weeks BUT thankfully it's doable and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE!!!!
