Keeping it going

Just want to vent tonight since I have a lump in my stomach because of challenges my daughter is having with her family.  I know I cannot help her but this is when I would usually smoke, thinking this would help.  Now I know it makes it worse healthwise and emotionally.  HELP!  I am trying to focus on my new frame of mind.  I DO NOT smoke anymore.  NOPE.  How are the rest of you dealing with not worrying so much about your kids?  Mine are grown but they have so many challenges with work, family, in laws, relationships, kids and more.  I know I dealt with it but it is hard when you cannot help!
