I am 27 years old and I work for a credit union. I quit 12 days ago and I am trying to battle the urges to smoke, which usually rear their ugly heads on the weekend for some reason. I am determined to never smoke again though, because I had a 14 year experience as a smoker and I was super dependent on cigarettes-literally my whole life revolved around smoking.
I hope I can get some support in the EX-community and if I can help other people with anything at all, count on me at any time. I wish everyone good luck. Don't give up and remember that by quitting, you are putting your body and health first!
