Well, I made it to 2 months! Woohoo!! I still occasionaly have a craving, but it's nothing like at the beginning. I can't believe how much better I feel now than I did a couple of months ago. To anyone who is just starting out on their quit I would say it's definitely worth working through the hard times. Taking control of my life instead of letting cigarettes control my life has been very liberating. My children who are 35 & 32 have been telling me how proud they are of me. That's enough to make a parent smile from ear to ear! Here's to a longer, healthier, happier life as an EX smoker!!
