As I hit 630 days quit I want to share some of the things that were shared with me by some smart quitters that helped me so much with my quit.

Never ever fear or Resent your quit or you will struggle. I see this so often when quitters start having a few problems then start wondering can I do this. You are stronger then your addiction period !!!!!!

Our quits are a celebration of a new life style and a new road going into a new direction. It is not a struggle.

Never ever over complicate a quit. The best word to learn is "no"  NO I will not turn into that gas station to buy cigs, No I will not bum a cig from my friend. NO I will not run out to buy a pack. No I will not keep a pack just in case.

Separate your quit from all the other things going on in your life. I'm so stressed I have to smoke or my friend hurt my feelings so I smoked. Don't mix everything with your quit. Let it stand alone and be proud of it and do whatever it takes to protect it.

Never romance a smoke and make it something it is not. Know your enemy and always remember nothing good ever comes from smoking. Nothing Nothing Nothing. No matter how hard your brain tells you different never forget

And finally be honest with yourself during your quit. When you know your telling yourself a lie be willing to stop it. Remember that during a quit your reactions can become Magnified and dont take yourself to seriously.

Hope everyone here can enjoy your quit. Be willing to do whatever it takes and enjoy the rest of your life smoke free.
