Just stopping in to say "HI".

"hi" ya'all.

I see now that I stopped by, it has been 400 days! woohoo. I didn't know, I've been very busy.

I have to say smoking has come up a few time recently. Been under some stress, mechanical things not working, monitors, my phone <400$ phone. Bought some $50 shoes that are uneven, and the whole reason I bought them is because I stand on my feet all day at work. They just don't make things like they used to, I'm sure everyone can relate.

I smelled a cigarette the other day it was gross, then I think someone next to that person might have lit up a Marlboro and it kinda smelled good. I just had to keep the first cig in my mind, and realize that there is a whole set of smells that come with cigarettes that are disgusting.

I'm so glad I don't smoke anymore.

My sinus have been really dry and my nose got so irritated that it actually hurt. That kinda made me mad, like my thinking was I might as well be smoking. But I knew that was crazy. For those that don't know, I have COPD and had sinus infections all the time when I smoked. Now that I quit, I can breath, it's great, not one instance of bronchitis this year.

I am at my best when I remember that i used to smoke, and remember to pop some gum in my mouth, or get out a tea tree oil toothpick. I'm sure jonesy can attest we never want to become complacent or rest on our lorals.

And I also should get into the Myfitnesspal.com because I just keep eating those dang cookies, and really the gum helps me to not do that....
