Just say No to the Bondage of Smoking

I've read so many topics today, that are interesting , from time management  to sad illness, that almost anything I could say compared to what wisdom has already been spoken, would surely pale.

So I'll say this to strugglers and beginners,, read, educate, and declare you are quitting and you will, don't use words such as , trying, luck, if , when, just say NOPE and do it, don't dream about it, fantisize about it, it's something you just do, you declare your quitting , you make the choice.

I'll say again educate yourself  simply type into your computer , smoking, quit, cessation, anything and a wealth of info pops up,, whyquit.com is a good one, and if you want to be happy and not miserable read all about it in Allen Carrs book  The Easy Way, there is tons and tons of  info out there.

Time management, I am so much more productive of a nurse now that I don't smoke it's unreal, I always thought I was a good worker but never realize how much I dwelled on smoking, it dominated my thoughts so much it's a wonder I got anything done, I mean folks come on that is Bondage,, and now after just shy of 4 mo's I hardly ever, I mean literally hardly ever even think of one, save when I'm on here, or actually see someone smoking and then it's kinda like "God love em, bless their heart ,maybe one day they'll relize what they are doing." ( and I mean that with a sincere heart) I really just don't suffer and at the risk of constantly repeating myself, I know it's because I DecideD I would not suffer. People ask "well what did you do?" I tell them I did Chantix for 3 weeks, but more importantly, that I just simply Decided.

Thanks support folks, we all know it can be done,,, just say NO to drugs!
