Just one...

It's been a rough night for cravings, but I've ticked over to my 5 day goal completely smoke-free. The most important thing to remember about "just one" is...

..."just one" will immediately throw you back into the pack or two pack a day habit.

..."just one" will immediately cancel out all of the wonderful healing going on in our smoke-free bodies.

..."just one" will undo all of the difficult mental work we've done to control our cravings and impulses.

..."just one" will disappoint every loved one that is counting on us to free ourselves from this terrible drug cycle.

..."just one" will immediately drain all of that lovely cash saved and take away your well-earned reward.

..."just one" will be satisfying for about 30 seconds before the stench and the foul taste and the coughing and chest pain and self-disgust sets in.

Just one isn't worth it. Not now, not ever. Stay strong, stay clean, stay true to yourselves.

Good blog, all true. Just one ruins everything, and is not worth it. It's not worth your life.

"Just one" puff leads to "just one" cigarette leads to "just one" pack leads to a lifetime of enslavement!

At least in my case it always has and it always will! N.O.P.E

Keep 'em away from yer face!
