Today is the 22nd of March and I havent been on the site for about 2 weeks now, had out of town guests for that time period.... love to have them come but also like to see them go!
Other than that one drag off my friends mother's sickarette I am still smoke free. It sort of feels good to say that!
"I am smoke free" at least upto today, I occasionally get a crave but I am finding it easier to deal with them.
The bad thing about not being on the site daily is that I was caught up with the messages and now there are 76 of them I need to explore and read. I hope all that are still young in their quits are happily being successful and the LifeExers are doing well and continuing to be supportive as you all do so well.
So I havent resorted to having to rely on a smoking aid I am still doing this cold turkey and I am very proud of myself, I am doing this better thant I had anticipated. I have had other failed attempts during my smoking life and this time IT IS FOREVER, I DON'T DO THAT ANY MORE.
I am so thankful for the support that I have received from you all. I know I am still at risk if I let my defenses down and hopefully I will continue down my path to freedom.
