Just a quick blurb!

When I saw the Rheumatologist last Monday for my ankle she set up a crapload of bloodwork which is 1st thing this morning one of the tests needs to be sent a couple of hrs away so I needed the bloodwork done before 8 a.m. which is great BUT even better than that I don't have to fast YAY COFFEE! ☕☕☕ she also set up chest xrays which I'll also have this morning! She also wants me to have another breathing test which shouldn't take too long to get, anyway I'm rambling so I'll end with ~ sticking with ~ N.O.P.E ~ NOT ONE PUFF EVER ~ N.M.W ~ NO MATTER WHAT > IS TRULY GIVING OURSELVES THE GIFT OF LIFE!

I have decided that the "GOLD" in Golden Years refers to the money in the pockets of the medical professions....it has not one thing to do with our living out our older time!

So happy to hear this rheumatologist is on top of things . It’s been a process . l feel like from reading your journey that finally you are getting the help you need to get to the root of the problem which then will lead them to a solution. Keep hanging in there . Glad to hear you are getting your lungs followed up on again too and … that you could have your coffee this morning . I’m down to a cup a day . Years ago I’d drink pots of it yet never smoked and had coffee together .. I’d have my coffee first then  get dressed or stay in my jammies and go out stand on the step ( wind rain sleet or snow , 100 above or 30 below for my ciggy / ciggies at least two before I could do anything , Glad we all on Ex don’t smoke anymore . By now those tests are done and I hope they help the doctors to rule in or rule out things to get closer to this solution for you .

Thank you @maryfreecig @biscuit9 @Maki @Barbara145 @YoungAtHeart and @Cousin-Itt 🤗  and anyone else that might happen by, you're all so kind and I appreciate each and everyone of you! I knew that the Rheumatologist set up a lot of bloodwork but I didn't realize it was 15 viles which ended up being 20 lol! The lady used the butterfly to draw the blood but with the last 5 viles 4 was taking a long time then with the 5th it wouldn't give any so she thought she'd better throw those last ones out and went to the other arm anyway no problem! I got my chest xrays then Mark and I went on to Woodstock to visit his Mum Muriel and my Dad Leo at the assistant living facility for a bit then back home I'm sooooooooooooo glad that I'm an EXer no more disgusting nicotine poison! LIFE is way too short to ever go back to the clutches of addiction  NONE of us has to ever go back to another day ONE EVER BUT each and every day WON is TRULY THE GIFT OF LIFE! 

                        Vigilance is key to Freedom! 

                The Choice is Ours!
