Just a quick blurb that's turned into a long blurb! 😯

It's a mild morning at +4°C here in my neck of the woods we're supposed to have a very mild week of +10°C during the days and above 0 at night it's supposed to be rainy pretty much all week but that's fine! Here's a picture of my the driveway at the front of the house that I just took! We've had very little snow this Winter!

Here's a couple of pics below that showed up in my memories from FB this morning from 2019! Lots of shoveling for me and plowing for Mark!

We keep getting RAIN and more RAIN!  We are getting 1"-2" every time it rains - at least weekly, and sometimes twice/three times a week.  I have accepted that Climate Change is REAL!  😕

But I'm not smoking over it!

Yep I also believe Climate change is real it's really scarey if we stop to think about it but definitely not worth relapsing over! I should mention that the bottom 2 pics is from the back of house and yard! @YoungAtHeart

  I'm amazed at how much snow you have. 

  Sounds like Spring weather to me Rain and Warmth.  I can also imagine how peaceful it must be with the rain falling and all the woods that surround you

  After 3 days of rain here the sun has returned

I can remember getting that much snow in MARYLAND when I was a kid.  One year we even packed boxes of snow to make blocks and made an igloo we could enter and sit within!

One day at a time has become my motto but this morning I looked at our temp at a high of 5 degrees F today , gradually warming Wednesday and was excited to see a figure of 52 F next Saturday but at the same time I realize yes this is nice , what a wonderful mild winter , but climate change is getting more and more real . The unknown can be scary but there is not one reason to or season will where I ever smoke again . That is the past , and that is the present and future that I can control .

Wow @Barbscloud that's awesome! We may reach close to that by mid week, we broke a record from 59 yrs in Edmundston N.B which is an hr and a half north of me they reached 10°C yesterday or 50°F we made it to 8 here with lots of melting YAY! 😁

Good morning.   I don't like the looks of that nasty ice Marilyn.  That's scary, but the snow is pretty.   Strange weather for sure, but God is in charge of it.  Our trees are budding here.  We are buying seeds for planting.  The birds are singing.  I thank Him for giving me this day.  

Not smoking today.  I see no reason to restart such an ugly addiction. Not one benefit to it.  Smoking certainly never changed one thing, for the better.

It's quite icey yuck but it's quite muddy in places the furbabies are here until this evening so tomorrow I'll be scrubbing lol! 🤣 LIFE really is grand without a cigarette/vape in hand! 🤗 @biscuit9

Thanks @biscuit9 yeah their cuteness does make up for not wiping their feet lol 😃 my son is getting back from their wkend trip fairly late this evening so we'll keep the dogs again tonight which is fine, they're pretty content! 😁
