Since I reset my clock, I have been nearly 8 consecutive days smoke free. I wonder what is up with our countdown clocks? It just keeps saying happy valentines day LOL Now that is a glitch and a half! For now I have replaced mine with a clock saying what time it is in Australia.

These upcomming weeks might be a bit stressful for me and stress is one of my main cravings concerns. All I think about when I get a craving these days is grabbing NRT gum and try to avoid keeping track of the days I don't smoke or not even think about smoking at all. I am moving house next weekend and it will challenge these cravings bigtime. Last weekend I helped my future housemate clear out the spare room and relocate his possetions into other places of his house. I also helped him throw out the things he didn't need anymore! GOD I am awesome LOL! I didn't even think about smoking and would subconciously grab an NRT gum. These days with everything I do that feels like a big chore I just get into the habbit of begining with the end in mind and boy! The end in mind looks positive to me :O)

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
