It's easier to quit than you think. Just don't smoke another cigarette; ever, not one puff ever again. Make that decision, make that commitment, and you might find that it's not as hard as you think. I can say that I am a year and a month and a day off nicotine.

Read every negative thing about smoking that you can find.

Read every positive thing about not smoking that you can find.

Make the decision that smoking is not an option.

I started smoking when Marleboro reds cost $1.90..........

Just read your July blog, cracked me up that your wife had quit and you didn't notice LOL!  You truly are a great quitter! I made my decision last year and smoking is no longer an option for me.  Thanks for showing up!!!!

I am extremely flattered by the idea that I might have made that difference! But we all know that it was you who did the heavy lifting! You took what you needed from everyones words and made it work for you! You should give credit to yourself first!
