Hope Everyone is smoke free & doing well - I am on day two - fuzzy & tired, but i think this may be a blessing as the addiction leaves. I am relazing and trusting the process, drinking more juice & less coffee, eating a bit less than yesterday. I am mostly just staying focused on my quit today. Probably going to watch & read alot of Joel on whyquit.com then take a nap - Day two will be over soon enough and tonight I will be thankful and proud! Thanks Everyone ... You Are Cherished More Than You Know!

Way to go Sherri!!! You're supposed to feel that way right about now. One of the things that helped me was to view it as "this is what it feels like when my body is healing".

Never Take Another Puff!!!

Sounds about normal for day two, remember by day three the nicotine is out of your system. Joe explains what your body is going through and why, very helpful...My first week when I got antsy I walked, brisk, short walks, also punched and threw a few pillows, that felt good too...keep going you are doing great!

Great job Sherri! Your body is healing and that is a good thing. I would save just a little something from each of my meals to eat two hours later -- maybe yogurt from breakfast, veges from lunch and fruit from dinner. That way my body was getting nutrition all day and kept me pretty level. Educate all you can. It helps so much. Keep coming here....this sight is a God send! CONGRATS!
