choose happy.jpgHello Quitters!

This post is meant as a reassurance to you and me. I'm about two weeks into my FINAL quit, and have documented my progress. It's helping me stay focused and also serve as a reference point for anyone else who may need some help in knowing that you, too, can do this.

Just Breathe is a blog of my journey, my review of Chantix (Champix), and some science along the way. Click below to read on and explore!

I take your hand, pledge to remain smoke-free today, and extend my hand to the next. Good luck!

Congrats on your about 2 weeks in on your quit I too have quit with Chantix. I started 10/13 and had my last smoke on 10/16. Your blog is very similar to my story.  I don't know how much, but I am drinking a lot more water. Since I quickly lost the desire and all effects of smoking short of the nasty taste and scratchy throat it was easy for me to quit before my planned quit date of 10/30. I decided to stay at the .5mg 2x a day (I just cut the pill in 1/2). The dreams are a bit more vivid, but nothing I can't handle. Wishing you the best on your continued quit.

Hi Ojus - I was very interested in reading your blog journal, but when I clicked on it, it said I didn't have permission??? How do I get there?  Thanks, Rosemary

Looks like Ojus has not logged in since the original post over a year ago, so you probably won't get a response regarding their blog. I checked the blog and you have to be invited to read it- since they are no longer here, they may have disabled the blog for public view as well.
