Description

Hi:  I had my last cigarette EVER at 10:30 P.M., December 31, 2009.  I am 63 years old and have been a 3 pack a day woman for over 40 years, and feel this website has made all the difference in my quit.  Also all the information on this addiction gleaned from whyquit.com was helpful.  About 20 days into my quit, I read Allen Carr's book, Easy Way to Quit Smoking, and found this very helpful also.  We all know that kicking this addiction is not easy, BUT IT CAN BE DONE.  And it is so worth it.  After 32 days, I feel so much better, I'm breathing better, and I no longer stink!  When that little monster says, it's ok to have just one cigarette, it is getting easier day be day to say, NOPE, not one puff ever!
