Friday I got called in and told nov 4th is my last day of work. I have been with this co for 3 years as a rented employee and 8 years as a real full time employee. I am not trained in any thing else and what i do is bosoleat. I was told I can not tell my co workers, tell they tell everyone who gets the ax and who dose not. they are sending our jobs to a differant state with lower taxes. non of us will get an offer to go with the job. They already have there own people. I took two loads of my belongings to a auction house to be sold. When every thing I am not using is gone I will start buying and selling storage units. at the auction, ebay, and out dore swapmeet. no one here is hiring 57 year old people. My company will pay 2 month cobra. and i will get 8 weeks pay one for each year i worked here. so I will have to work hard and fast to get stable in time to not go under. This is one time I am glad my husbond is a horder and i have stuff to sell. It will take 3 weeks for my first load to hit the auction block so I will get money in about 2 months. I can do this I need to keep saying that over and over again, and not cry. I am smoke free 23 days today i will not let this steal my quit.
