I am in AA and NA (narcotics anonymous), so I will be applying the twelve steps to this as much as I can.
I have tried mini quits and found that they do not work for me.
I have tried to just quit and found it does not work for me.
Now, I am going to try the suggestions on this site and use medications.
I'm reading as many blogs as I can and I am going to read Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking.
