Description
Hello.. I am 30ish, have children, and have been smoking since I was a teen. I would love to quit, not just for me, but for my children also. I am one of those smokers who doesn't physically NEED to smoke.. my addiction is more mental & emotional. I associate it with everything. Any advice, tips, etc..., will be appreciated.
