I am a 45 yr. old wife and mother of two girls. I have tried and have quit many times but know that this HAS to be the last time. I worry about emphyzema ect.. I am normally high strung and think that is why it is so hard for me. I am going to visit a web site for the mental aspect of smoking. I truley appreciate this EX plan and the supporters.
