I cannot believe I have come this far on my "recovering nicotine addiction" I use that term because I know if I ever take even one puff I will be back to a pack a day...so I don't tell myself I am a non-smoker...I have just finally made the choice to not smoke. It is always in the back of my mind but sometimes I have to push that demon a little harder that other days....so I take a deep breath and thank myself for stopping so I can breath:)
