I am 19 and have smoked for 5 years and now I am trying to quit. I smoked about two packs a day depending on how things were going. I really want to quit in January this past year my grandfather died from emphyesma and it was pretty hard on me that is the major factor in me quitting I do not want to suffer like that one day. I have tried multple times but, everyone in my family smokes so I do not have any support
