Well I wanted to give myself something special for my birthday. I did. I quit smoking. I just didn''t want to smoke anymore. This quit is for all the other times I said I was going to quit and didn't. I have arrived. Thank God. It has been almost a year and I am very thankful for the support here. Quitting smoking has its ups and downs but it is doable as the elders say. My advice is to get started and don't look back. No matter what do not smoke.
I have posted several links that may assist you in educating yourself about smoking cessation. I wish you the very best.
