Its just a number? 500 days

500 today..... what about 499 or 501, they are important too, right? they sure are. I have several more to go. Monday I start my new office job as a Electrical Designer. No stress i hope to bring me back to day 1....I hope all the best for everyone here on their quit journey.

500 just a number???     I see it as a sign of the journey of Quit that you are on.     A milestone and a very important one.

500 is HUGE!

Don't forget there is no such thing as "hope" in your quit toolkit.  Plan ahead of time what you will do during a stressful time.  Maybe keep some cut-up straws handy to chew on, or some flavored toothpicks?  Or - take slow, deep breaths?  Or maybe take a quick walk - even just around the floor?
