Its the middle of Week 2 for me. The cravings and urges have lessoned greatly. I've went to the gym everyday so far, only to find out that I need to work on cardio more. I'm transitioning into a more healthier lifestyle including diet. I'm staying away from those trendy and fad diets, I'm focusing on leaner meats, more fruits and vegetables and more whole grain and oatmeal. I'm sure I can find a good recipe or two.

Now, I'm more positive, physically fit, and more hydrated. I cant wait for month 2 to come around.
