Whether it's hump day or any day of the week we've got to stick with our quits ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! I can't believe it's the 2nd of August already plus we're getting frost warnings since the 31st of July YIKES! Mind you we haven't got any yet BUT the nights have switched from 19 °C and Extremely humid to like 7°C and 8°C brrrrr! But 24°C or so during the day which tome is perfect for me anyway I'm done whining LIFE happens! In order to live our lives free from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison we must stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever because when applied on a daily basis it works! Vigilance is key to Freedom!
