Smoke free for 24 days, I am starting to feel comfortable with the title Non-smoker!  The urges to light -up comes and goes but they are not as strong. I hate that I miss them, but I guess that is to be expected.   Just six days to reach one Month smoke free.... aah, that sounds nice!

Good Job

The people who give up during the first year typically don't make it 4 months.

Here's a link that may herlp you.

You are doing great! Everyday you distance yourself from that addiction is awesome!

The great Vince Lombardi taught his football players that the harder you work for something, the harder it is to give it up! Along the same lines, the more you invested in your quit, the harder it is to give up! Invest your effort, your pride, heart in your quit! Then make whatever investments you can in the quits of others! Pretty soon you realize that giving up is not an option! Ever!

The comments I receive from members is very encouraging. I'm glad I can access my EX account on my cell phone, I get notifications whenever anyone response and it motivates me throughout the day.  What great support, I am happy I joined.
