Smoking will Kill You. If U Conrinue to smoke.  Some people have C.O.P.D,Bronchitis, Lung Cancer, Asma.  I've heard some say even if u Quit you may develop C.O.P.D later. Even if u have Any of these Issues U can live a Very Healthy Life. With excerize and comment to NOPE.  I was experiencing Shortness of breath and it's gone after 1,006 days of FREEDOM and Sobriety. Please Make up your mind to Quit and stay Quit. It's not easy but it's not that hard either.  If u don't have any u can't smoke.

Over a thousand days of freedom...what a wonderful thing!  I love "It's not easy but it's not that hard either."  I wish my best friend would quit.  She's never even tried and she has more than shortness of breath...It's really, really sad how addiction can wrap you in the dark blanket of denial while you slowly destroy your quality of life.  I was right there with her for a long time.  But at least I kept trying to quit.  And now I have 776 days of freedom.  I look up to you and admire you.  Have a beautiful weekend!

I have been quit for over six years & my emphysema is getting worse, l would NEVER smoke again, no matter what. Quitting is the best thing l have ever done for myself & hopefully, this current flare will settle soon. My father was diagnosed with emphysema years after he quit smoking, it is NOT WORTH it!

Thank you for sharing this our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free....

I think we have to Share as much as possible.  To many are Quitting then Smoking. Visious Cycle.  I really don't Understand why someone would do that to themselves.  I know the Addiction very well. But I had to have help to stop . And I will ALWAYS give God the Glory.

Look at the person next to you - one of you will get COPD. Then there's diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and gerd...just to mention a few smoking related illnesses. It's not worth it. I know this argument no matter how compelling will not shake an addict but it can help you protect your quit as if your life depends on it - because it does!
