I do a lot of work on positive thinking with people from all walks of life.  My husband and I have traveled the road of abundance for many years now and have seen, watched and felt the benefits. 

For some odd reason I've never been able to apply it to myself when quitting smoking.  Well, that's the new game plan.  No more talking myself out of my quit.  Starting on Sunday I am in charge, not that pessimistic "little voice" in the back of my head. 

My reading this weekend after a brush up on the online Stop Smoking EBooks is focused on directing my thoughts in a positive manner and peaceful meditation.  Oh and of course, my yoga 🙂  I love doing yoga, I feel centered and in control after a good session. 

This is just a random rambling rant, I know, but I had to put it out there in writing so that I'll remember, It's All In My Head!
