It's 28°C or 83 °F I'm loving it especially NOW that I'm living my Forever Quit THERE'S NO more sneaking outside for a quick drag because I don't do that anymore and neither do you right!?! ? I went down to my younger sisters place yesterday afternoon then onto my Dads place and spent the night and back to my sisters this morning and fixed an early Fathers day lunch for our Dad spaghetti and meatballs and dumpcake with whipped cream for dessert and the best part of all is my Dad my sister and myself are all EX smokers SO we know just how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes.....
Life really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT first you must go through the roller coaster ride into that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EX Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT with commitment and perseverance it's so worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick!
