When I came to this site. That is what I was told about quitting.  "It's what's between the ears."  If you think it is hard then it probably will be.  If you think you are going to fail, more than likely you will.  It is what you feed the mind.

The Good Stuff... "It's Between the Ears". - EX Community

Life has struggles of course as I always say they are challenges.  It may be a challenge to navigate the site but eventually you will get it.  if you stick around.  That is just how winning a quit works.  What if you gave up?  You never know how far you will go.  Just saying.  It is not an event it is a journey.  Take one day at a time.  One page at a time.  We can get there. No doubts.  Because it is doable. Just like quitting. Never give up.   It is definitely nothing to be contemplating smoking over, or even being frustrated.  Step back, take a deep breath. Navigating the site is a small challenge.  I always say, just keep clicking.  You can't break anything.  And there is always  @CommunityAdmin lol even his at mention is working.   Just saying. Changing the way you think can change your approach to quitting.  Know that WE can do this.

When I  had a new task to accomplish I often would make it a game for it to be fun.  Learning new things can be fun.  Instead of thinking change is bad.  It is what's between the ears.  just saying.  We can do this!  A wise elder once told me....If you can quit smoking you can do anything. @pir8fan
