I'm Wishing each of you my friends and fellow Exers a relaxing, stressfree but most importantly a smokefree day even if you're in the throws of a horrendous craving as long as you believe that you will get through it then you will, even if you have several cravings back to back you can go with the flow and get through them, believe it or not I remember the roller coaster ups and downs vividly. That's probably one of the main reasons for pushing vigilance because it's just as much for me as well as you and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Quitting Smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but I also know through experience that it's absolutely Doable but I'll always remain vigilant while enjoying my Freedom and so can you, we must - N. E. F. - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks - as long as we live by N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever - then how can we fail ? - S.I.N.A.O - Smoking is not an option - H. A. L. T. - Hunger, Anger, Lonely, Tired - let's take EXtra good care of ourselves so we can enjoy being FREE.
