That's how many days I've been nicotine-free -- One Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty-Four.
I went through the cravings and urges in the beginning, but I didn't let it sway me -- I was determined after that first week that I was never going to have to quit again, that I would never touch another cigarette. "Just one" had always been my downfall. There could be no more "just ones" for me. The days passed and I began to notice that there were other things to do with my time besides smoking. I got my life back, and then some.
One foot in front of the other, and don't look back, and certainly don't romance the poison of cigarettes -- That's how I got here. You can do it, too.
I just had to say something because 1234 doesn't come around all that often. N.O.P.E.
