It has been a year!!!!!!

Well actually it was a year on June 13th.

I'm amazed that it is mostly very easy to continue on. Some days are a challenge, but it is very rare, and short even on those rare days.

Mary, you are saying what I want to hear. 😉 I've sometimes gotten discouraged by long time quitters saying they still want a cigarette. I sure don't want to hear that!
